Sheet metal fabrication

Main processes:

• Cutting: Use laser cutting machines, shearing machines and other equipment to cut metal sheets into the required shape.

• Bending: Bend metal sheets into the required shape through processes such as bending and curling.

• Welding: Use welding equipment to connect metal sheets with other metal parts.

• Stamping: Use a mold to apply pressure on the metal sheet to cause it to plastically deform and form the required shape and structure.

• Surface treatment: Spray, electroplating, polishing and other treatments on metal sheets to improve their corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
